Hello! I am a professional Asterisk server installer and administrator with five years experience. I have reviewed your job description, and I am very interested in the project.
In summary, you're looking to have a inbound call IVR created in Asterisk that captures caller ID and call DTMF choices into a MYSQL database. No problem. I've built many systems like this before.
As you will see from my experience over view below, there should be no technical hurdles here for me. However, in the event there is some sort of technical challenge, you'll be informed right away. I fully understand that this your enterprise, and the work I will be doing directly affects your buisness. As such communication is absolutely key, and it is a point I pride myself on.
Once the project is undertaken I am willing to be flexible if there is anything you didn't understand, that come what may I am determined to make you as a customer happy, with an eye to winning your loyalty in future. I like to establish long-term relationships with my customers, based on a value-add for both of us.
The Bottom Line is that it is your enterprise, and I respect that, and I want to work with you in a team-level approach so you get what you need in a way that is fun, innovative and opens exciting doors for your business. That's what I do.
I have installed and managed every aspect of a multi-server Asterisk environment in a contemporary 500 seat call center in Montreal, Canada. I was responsible for everything from hardware specification to driver installation to dialplan design and buildout.
Another major success was the design and deployment of three sites in Boston, Bangkok and Cairo internetworked via WAN and IAX2 trunks. One location was a call center, two other locations were enterprise offices. Interconnection between Asterisk and an existing legacy Avaya PBX was a keystone in the design.
Other North American Asterisk clients include a New York, USA fashion boutique, a Texas-based cellphone calling card compnay, a Toronto-based restaurant services firm, and a Montreal, Canadian Buisness Operations Centre. European Asterisk clients include a Monpeltier, France telemarketing firm, a Paris, France telecommunications carrier and a Paris, France fashion accessories manufacturer.
I have also done detailed CSR and Marketing IVRs for a leading Canadian securities firm as well as a Chicago-based entertainment company. As well, I am very experienced in Fax to eMail, eMail to FAX and Print to FAX implementations.
AGI programming / integration work has included a Ruby-based event hotline management system, a PHP-based customer service polling system and a cell-phone calling card billing system.
If I can provide you with any further information on my background and qualifications, please let me know.
I am currently available 30 hours per week. I can be reached online via Yahoo Messenger or Skype Monday through Thursday from 19h00to 23h00 Eastern Time, and for support issues Friday through Sunday 10h00 to 16h00 Eastern Time. My cellphone can be reached 24/7 for emergencies.
I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you for your consideration.
