Budget calculation simple cable-stayed bridge or suspended bridge

We need to suspend 2 tubes (diameter 500 mm) with a simple cable-stayed bridge or a suspended bridge. We need to make a predimensioning of the structure (pylons) in order to calculate the costs for the budget. Distance between pylons should be optimized in order to reduce the costs ( 400 m could be a starting value for the calculation). on tubes move some trolleys. Could be done a statical calculation with a 1.3 factor. 3D drawing are required (no 2D)
