Add features to simple SolidWorks part file

Petau Hello. I can change the model in SolidWorks 2016, the construction tree will be clear and easy to understand. I can convert parts/assemblies in whatever format you need, so you could easily print it or import into another programs (if you need). Also i can render the model if you need it. I have a ring (see attached picture) which I need modified. The current ring has two series of counter-posing teeth on the inner surface. I need those same teeth placed on the outer surface in mirror-image fashion. I have a .sldprt file I can provide to the winning bidder, which will make the project much easier.
