develop a windows application

problem: i need to test A Lot of Bluetooth devices rapidly. i test that they can connect to a Bluetooth device and record some voice and play it back. currently i do this with windows and audacity (voice recorder and player). problem: when i connect the Bluetooth to windows it takes a lot of time to setup and when i accumulate a lot of devices that were previously connected and disconnected the whole process slows down a lot. sometimes i have to even reinstall windows because windows just crashes. what i need: i need a software to manage the connecting, and disconnecting of the Bluetooth devices. something that will automatically remove all of the previous devices and connect a new one. additionally that software could also record and play back on the device automatically. the keyword here is efficiency and time saving. thanks
