I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows . The phase 1 of Dev requires a dynamic code suitable for iPad and mobile devices as well as web and cloud integration. Intent: to be a front GUI for excel templates with all the chart and and drill down functions as excel Functions: control editing and control user functions, allows drilling downs and is intended to take over numerous trackers and KPI sheets. One solution is it contains numerous templates depending on the type of dashboard needed i.e. Executive dashboard, finance review or Project Management to issue management or document Managment This means the super user can update from the spreadsheet and quickly access data to update formulas and data whilst the end user sees the updates in real time. Preferably this needs to be stored on a sever that is protected Extra functions: Front end; Narratives to be written next to graphs which need to be time stamped with username Change ID and change log for each new entry and history trail Breadcrumbs for navigating tabs
