Fix my windows image display application

Please read carefully my requirement below. I need an expert to help me fix my image display application with 4 functions only: zoom in/ zoom out/ rotate left 90degree/ rotate right 90and written in vb.net express 10 ( i have vb 10 express only) I found some code from internet which can zoom in and out (if you have better idea please let me know in your proposal) Attached you will find my full project source code written in vb.net. I need full source code delivery upon project complete. Here is the problem and also include my requirement. 1) Using the sample code it can zoom in and out small size image (e.g. [login to view URL]). But when the size of image is bigger then the scrollbar in the panel container will appear but whole image will corrupt. And I do not know how to handle image scrolling part using the scrollbar 2) More serious problem for large size image (e.g. [login to view URL]). 3) Need to keep the image zooming operation fast and smoothly in good shape. no data corrupt, no clippint and flickering when moving form, resizing, minimized and maximized. Always align to center of the application. No memory leak. For large image, I need to auto fit to window size (with scrollbars appears) so whole image can be displayed. Again. No flickering. 4) the other requirement is to support rotate left 90 degree and right 90 degree. 5) Please no third party component. Only vb.net. 6) If you are interesting, you can send to me your sample previous similar work or change my project code directly, compile and send only the exe file (with your watermark if need) to me so I can run and evaluate it my side. i need full project source code upon project complete. 7) This project is straight forward.
