Hi, I just placed a bid on your project, because I'm a geeky person who likes new challenges. About my methodology in software development, I usually work with the Agile Development methods. We'll start by defining the scope of this project, and by specifying each of the functionalities you want to be supported. The we'll do a WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) to define what can be done in a week of work (establishing a roadmap). Next, I'll prepare a test server, and develop and deploy the first stack of functionalities. This first sprint will contain all of the core and most important stuff. Then, I'll deploy it to the test server, and while you're testing it I'll work on the next set. Each time you want a change in the currently deployed version, that would be my first priority, so that the current application version is always the best possible in the current time I hope we'll get the chance to work together.
