Develop a Application

Hello there! I am looking for someone to build a web application that will be able to crawl google's ITA Matrix site for low airfares. This will require it to cycle through a set of port cities and search them against one another under different dates between 1 and 3 months out from the current date. Once the results appear it will need to grab the top results with the cost per mile and display them to the user. A filter on the list would narrow it by destination port as well as departure port. There are about 47,000 airports in the world but only about 5000 are paved. Many of these aren’t major airports so I could focus on the largest airports narrowing down to about 500. Now to search these 500 to one another would result in about 250,000 queries. Each of these would need to be done for a set dates so if I grabbed everything from 1-4 months out (these tend to be the best dates) we end up with 30,000,000 queries after each price change (4 times a day) which ends up being 120,000,000 a day. The actual language and structure is flexible and would need to be designed from the ground up. I am looking for someone with full knowledge of this type of project. I don't have much working knowledge of exactly how to pull this off so I would love to hear any ideas you have on a working solution. Thanks for your time! Mica
