Develop a directory software which can be installed in Microsoft Windows environment. The directory database will contain a list of placement agencies in India. Once installed in user's computer, it should show an interface displaying different search criteria like 'keywords', 'location', 'specialization' etc. Search results should be shown in a particular format which will be discussed later. Also, the software should have a back-end system where I can login and input data manually or exporting from MS Access. Then I should be able to create a product package e.g. Placement Agencies data for North India, South India etc. So, I should be able to create different directory packages with different sets of data in them.

Hi, I have good experience in c# and am keen on this project My understanding of the project as, there will be a backend database/process that will have information on placement agencies in india. The frontend will be a desktop application that will connect to the backend database and serve data based on various criteria. There will be an initial login process through which the user logs in and based on his registration, data will be served to him (for e.g. if the user A has subscribed only for NorthIndia agencies only that data will be served to the user).
