CSV and XML download over IP and Output the data

Download each x seconds a csv info file from this product over IP: [login to view URL] Example for download: URL: [login to view URL] Returns: PollCount,Temperature,LoopTime 56,,1.203606 ,24.6250, ,24.7500, The information must be convert to Integer or Double values. The pollingtime must be changeable with a parameter. It needs a Start/Stop Command and a status feedback (Running, Starting, Failed) if a download was compled. If an error (Device not reachable, ...) it should send a "Failed" feedback over a listener. I need the source codes and a .jar file to integrate it with Java BuildPath Function. Java 1.6 in my own application. A Listener in my application should be triggert after the values are received. Values that I need: ROMid Temperature Humidity Channel + 2 customed values I setup the hardware in my home and open it to the internet. So you can download it direct from my home with real values.
