Build Windows app that will have support in all major browsers : Chrome, Firefox and Microsoft Edge - Explorer

This project is to Develop windows app that will have support in all major browsers : Chrome, Firefox and Microsoft Edge - Explorer. App purpose is to be able to take a screenshot at a chosen size and resolution by user, app should perform those tasks: 1. App should support all Windows Versions and architecture (32bit and 64bit) app should add a button to all major browsers , Chrome, Firefox and Microsoft Edge - Explorer. 2. App should add the option to take a sized screenshot when user clicks on right mouse button to get the menu or click on "sized screenshot" button in browsers. 3. App should give the user ability to mark a square anywhere on screen and in any size in order to take a sized screenshot , saved sized screenshot should be saved in .png format. Steps to take a sized screenshot: 1. In Desktop users press on right mouse button and choose "sized screenshot", in browsers users click on "sized screenshot" button. 2. Now user have the ability to mark a square in any size anywhere on screen , at all time there is a floating button on screen that say "take screenshot". 3. When user is satisfied with his choice he press the "take screenshot" button and image is saved to dedicated folder "Sized Screenshots" in user's Pictures folder. Feel free to ask any question :)
