ATTINY85 Timer code

ATTINT85S will have 1 button and 2 LEDs. I need some simple code that will: 1) On button short press timer will start and LED1 will begin slow, repeating dim and fade. LED2 becomes inactive. 2) On button press and hold timer interval will begin to increase by 1 hour increments. Min interval 1 hour. Max interval 12 hour. LED1 will indicate interval by flashing once for 1 hr interval, twice for 2 hr interval, 3 times for 3 hr interval etc. Interval will continue to cycle from 1 to 12 while button is held. On button press and hold interval will increment from current interval. On button press and hold LED1 will flash current interval before increment to next interval. On release of button press and hold interval will be set to number of flashes last displayed. 3) When timer interval is complete LED1 will become inactive and LED2 will begin slow, repeating dim and fade. 4) On button fast double press timer will stop, LED1 will become inactive and LED2 will begin slow, repeating dim and fade. 5) Coding with utilize timer methods that insure greatest accuracy and/or suggest hardware modification to insure accuracy while maintaining minimum power consumption.
