I need someone to create a 2D website game according to a very detailed game script (written in English). The game is a typical economic simulator similar to such titles as Capitalism 2 or Tycoon series. It has an isometric view and 2D graphics. Of course the graphics needs to be design as well. The game script has a game loop described and all features so what I need is basically coding ang graphic design.
