Design a Chrome browser extension in next 6 hours!

I need a very simple google chrome extension. It will contain a small popup window just under the find box when user press ctrl+f and it will take the text from search box and put it into that popup with interval of 1 second. Only apply if you can do this 6 hours. write "I can do this for $5" in the start of your bid so that I know you can do this with my budget. Thank you!
