Convert existing software to Adobe Air Application

I'm looking to have an existing piece of software we had written, and turn it into an identical Adobe Air app so that we can offer the program cross-platform.
The application connects to an external, web-hosted XML feed, that is read by the app, and displays pop-up (toast) windows similar to what you'd see for an instant messaging program.
I can provide the windows version of the software for you to take a look at, and provide the original software outline that was used to create the original application.
This should be a simple project for someone versed in creating Adobe Air applications.
We'd require the finished air installer file, the source code when completed, and that's about it.
We will provide all documentation, needed graphic elements, and are available 18 hours per day to chat either here, or over Skype.

Hi,
With my extensive experience in application development specialized in use of Flex and ActionScript, I can provide you quality service and quick result for your project.
For this project, I will use the latest Flex SDK 4.12 which is not an issue since the older project was written on different language. I would need more details about the current project to be converted, except for the pop-up toast window features, does the application need to store local data, a possibility to work offline and synchronize data once back online.
