I want to create application (not necessary but definitely android open source ) that reads this file and update a database (DB) at regular intervals and adroid application that combined with scanner smartphone to scan the QR Code of a product (P ) and respond if it is based and presents all information contained in the database for this. If the product does not have QR Code to enable the application to receive the unique code keying (Cd). Also, the information contained in the database will be accessible through a searchable website (asp?). Also enable authorized users page (CE) to update the entries of the database (DB) in addition to these fields to be entered via the xlsx file but not make new entries ( depending on the company they belong to see below). That through xlsx will introduce the basic fields of each record and authorized users (CE) site and android application will have the opportunity to inform additional 3-5 fields with image, text , website , etc. An additional file based (CDB ) will be there with the credentials of the user and determines which records the original database (DB) can inform each user (CE) depending on the company (C) that owns the fields of product ( P) of the company of .
