design and program a live ball game

The project is to design and program a ball game with points based on tracking the distance, location, direction, and finally where the ball lands. The ball will need to have a way to track it in order to record its movement. And the game will need to be 'out of the box' creative that doesn't necessarily follow the original principles of any ball game. Look at this game more of a large scale arcade, live on a baseball pitch. The game has to be very simple and versatile enough to make it easy for beginners and more challenging for professionals. The way the ball is navigated, what the ball is aimed to hit, fall into, or go through is the attraction. The game should be possible to be played as single player or multiple players. At the given player's turn, he or she would be situated where the ball is hit from and a screen facing the player records the points and shows the ball path, etc.. At the end of the game type, winner is displayed on screen in order of achievement. More details about the game will be shared once the qualified candidate is chosen.
