Development of a simple custom Dropbox Client using their Python Core API

We need to obtain a source code for a basic dropbox client, Python-based, on Windows 7 & 8, using the existing Dropbox core API on their developer website.
We will then use this source code on which we will develop additionnal functionalities from our company.
It is very basic, since the requirements are to get the Dropbox Core API on their website [url removed, login to view], and the deal is mostly to use the existing API to develop a dropbox client able to reproduce the full set of functionalities of the normal dropbox client :
1) Installer for the client on windows 7 & 8,
2) Same like GUI to select and install the dropbox folder
3) same synchronization capability than dropbox when a new file is saved inside the folder (daemon monitoring triggering a synchro push with the online folder, daemon interface in the windows taskbar)
4) Same security and authentication capability
5) Same client side folder creation capability & sync
6) renaming depending on versioning
