I have an older program, written in Visual Basic 5, that I need an email feature added to. The program is used by field offices of a lumber company to calculate and print checks based on the haul amount and the type of wood. I need an email sent to the same address each time a check is printed, with all of the check's details. I have the source code from the original developer, the packaged installation files, and a semi recent copy of the Microsoft Access database. The solution could be a separate program that watches the existing program's database for changes in the "check temp" table and fires off an email whenever new data is added or it could be to just add the functionality to the existing program; I'm open to suggestions.
Hi, I am a professional developer , having lot of expereinece. I can do this task easily. I want to discuss it with you. Hope to hear from you. Regards Khizar.
