Setup my hosted Asterisk PBX system with the following:
1. Callers can be easily transferred to a queue to hold for a leasing agent.
2. Callers can be easily transferred to an extension by any other extension.
3. After hours callers can choose an option to report an emergency maintenance problem, leaving a message regarding the emergency, and the system will call and/or email someone that there is a new message.
4. A caller can get prerecorded information about hours, location, etc.
I also just need someone to answer questions about the asterisk system so that I can get an idea of ways that the system might make my business more efficient that I haven't even thought of.
We are Asterisk/VoIP solution provider and have earlier setup various server for calling, ivr, wholesale termination, calling card, pbx, call forwarding and many more. We can have discussion in detail. Thanks
Your project is simple for me. Everything you need is already in asterisk and we need just to configure it. There are difference queue configuration that we are ready to setup. All other is also doable and during 1-2 days you will have it done.
