Customizable Facebook Fan Page Templates

I need a few templates made for customizable Facebook fan pages. These are HTML or FBML designed pages. I need 3 pages with easy to edit content...background colors, background images, video windows, widget space, interactive buttons to lead to websites, twitter accounts, and blogspots. One template could be very simple, just an image to fill the fan page with a few buttons to lead to the above mentioned areas. The second template would need to be a little more elaborate with multiple areas to enter images and the template should be able to link to different areas by clicking on the images as well as the buttons linking to the above mentioned areas, website, twitter account, and blogspot. This template would also need to have a place for widgets to be added. The third template would need to have a place to implement everything mentioned in the above templates as well as have a video player intergrated. Please email me with specific questions.
