customizing MySpace and Facebook account

I am look for a designer/or team who are familiar with MySpace and Facebook specs to create customized static backgrounds for a facebook and MySpace band account (essentially the images are likely to be the same or similar) The band is also looking to have a welcome tab on its facebook fanpage which would invite people to like its page, tell the visitor a little about its music and opt-in to its database. The band also needs to add an app for managing polls. The poll app should not require from the fans any identification. All the social media profiles are set up - we simply need someone to design the backgrounds and welcome tab based on the specs we will provide. The band is playing electro music so we need to ensure the designs are visually appealing to the band target market and consistent with it's look and feel from its website. Please send samples of work you have done in the past and visibly outline what is included in your service for the price you are bidding (i.e. edits, uploading of design to profile etc)and if there will be additional cost - as we are on a budget and do not want surprises later on.
