Changing a MSDOS's Program Text - repost

Hi everyone,

This Project requires editing an existing MSDOS Program. The program is in German Language.

All I want is to change the text of every menu, interface, message, help menu etc. to English and Russian Language. I will provide a document of the translated texts so there is no need for translation. For any additional information, please feel free to contact me.
