Auto inventory, item and pricing sync from Ebay to my Magento website

I am an Ebay seller and currently I have an automatic sync to my Amazon store. What I want is something the same for my Magento website. I host my own website on a virtual server and I run the community edition of Magento, version 1.7. Specifically what I need is for someone to setup an automated product and inventory feed from my Ebay account into my Magento store. The following features MUST be assured also as they are requirements to this project. The product needs to have the same description, images, category as the Ebay item. If the item is newly entered into Ebay the sync must create the item into my Magento store. In an item runs out of stock on Ebay then Magento must stop showing it for sale. If an item sells out on Magento then Ebay needs to stop the sale of the item as well. The shipping price on Magento must be the same shipping price as Ebay for local and also international buyers (there is just two shipping price scales in Ebay, one for local and one for international). Some items in Ebay have shipping increments for buyers who purchase more than one of an item, the price increases as the buyer adds more of some certain items. This is complex shipping and needs to be thought about before you bid. Anyone wanting to bid should look at my Ebay store and review some of the items I sell and shipping amounts I charge. Patches I sell are pretty simple and can combine since they are not heavy, however items such as wallets are heavier and hip flasks I sell are heavier still. This is the same as the current sync I have between Ebay and Amazon. I now want it between Ebay and my Magento store. Please only bid on this project if you truly can meet the requirements. Your bid should clearly show me enough information that you can do this work. Giving me a long list of work you may have done that is not related to this work means nothing to me.
