We have a computer with some issues causing slowdowns and shutdowns. Programs that are giving trouble are Google earth and the print function is causing problems. We need someone with good knowledge to fix problems and clean up a computer that isn't maintained very well. We are looking for someone to help us with this periodically. Thank you so much.

Just looking for some quick cash, it sounds like this is might be in the ball park of about 2 hours of work. I can do manual removal of malware and diagnosis of issues based upon descriptions and clues such as information in the Windows Event Viewer. I can work remotely via the free version of TeamViewer but will need someone your side to grant me access. I may conclude that you if I think you'd be better served by a reinstallation of Windows but I won't be able to do this for you remotely - in such case or if I suspect hardware or other issues that are practical to address remotely I will share with you my findings and what they are based upon for you to pursue. While working on the PC I would like a contact via Skype chat in case something needs to be discussed or if an action needs to be completed on site (can use TeamViewer chat on the machine, but I that assumes someone watching the machine being worked on at your end)
