Adsense Website - mainstream niche

I want an adsense website for a mainstream niche. Site should focus on high ctr, not SEO - seo is of no concern, however it needs to display relevant ads. Adsense Rules must be followed (but you can push the limits when using good taste). I do not need automotive subjects, educational subjects, insurance subjects, or law-related sites. (but I'd probably still listen...). Please bid on one html-only, external css (full css or not), adsense website, and then state the niche. Site will need to be complete in a zipped folder, (meaning relevant links, not static links). Generic logo, like a small swoosh or a couple of circles, etc. Also, niche needs to be somewhat mainstream. Dreamweaver site preferred, lightweight small site preferred. You are bidding on one site, as described. You explain what it is, why it will work well (ctr), I pay, you deliver. If the site is more than 8 hours of labor for you - please don't bid.
