Custom Software Territory Licence contract needed

Hi, I need a paralegal / lawyer to draw up a contact for me that will cover the sale of a business system (software, website, product, plans etc) to a party but will only allow them to operate the business in a certain geographic region. Your contract should cover all terms of the sales as well as make it legally binding that they will only be able to operate in a certain geographic region. The contract will be issued from Canada.
