Create PDF file using C/C++

Write simple interface so I can create a pdf file programmatically. Must use pdf creation library with c / C++ that works on windows and mac. Quick research shows an opensource library called PoDoFo that seems to be popular but you can use whatever you are most comfortable with. Please mention which one you plan to use in your bid (doesn't have to be a free library but it does have to be affordable). I should be able to quickly create a simple pdf file with Images/text/table. That's all really. I have made a mock up and will attach it showing what a typical file would look like. The deliverables are your API and a test program showing how it is used.
