A way of making user home directories via a script vbs or powershell and instructions on how to use the script for an active directory domain

I have a windows server 2012 R2 domain called domain.local. I have two types of users Standard users and Admin Users contained in different OU. The organisation structure is as follows: [login to view URL] - Scorey HQ (My OU for my business) - Users OU - Admins OU Standard Users OU I would like a script to create users, create two directories for each user, set permissions for these directories The following prerequisites are needed Each user needs to map a home directory mapped to N:\ on \\server\redirectedfolders\%username% permissions should be full control for administrators and for the user AND create a user shared directory mapped to Z:\ on \\server\Usershares\%username% with permissions of full control to administrators and the user, and read permissions for everyone else as it is a share directory
