We are looking for a true right hand gatekeeper to support the Founder & Managing Director personally in the office and in life.

The position is not reliant on location, but constant access and high level english speaking and communication is a must. If you are a company

We are looking for someone who may have experience in assisting similar positions in the past, but more so for some one who has a drive and passion to support, and can turn chaos into order. You must be comfortable working independently as well as part of a larger team. Responsibilities will be maintaining an ever changing complex calendar, travel and scheduling, marketing and business development, and the following:

What you’ll be required to do:

* Manage & Maintain the MD’s diary & email account

* Filter emails, highlight urgent correspondence and file attachments when necessary

* Organise inbound emails into the appropriate folders and any relevant information to be copied into the correct file on the hard drive.

* Respond to emails as much as possible, dealing with appointments, requiring Bio or photos etc.

* Ensure busy diary commitments, papers and travel arrangements are managed effectively including producing a daily folder with diary, necessary papers etc. and troubleshooting problems.

* Various Business Development tasks, such as research into new markets etc.

* Updating Founders personal website

* Booking & coordinating travel diaries & itineraries

* Various IT tasks

* Supporting Head Office team when necessary including closely with the Chief Operations Officer.

* Social media management (For the company and personal)

* Booking in speaking engagements and assisting in developing content if needed

* Various HR tasks

* Managing Budgets

* Writing reports, executive summaries and newsletters

* attending events/meetings as the principal's representative (to be discussed if physical or virtual)

What you must have:

* Positive Attitude

* Hard Working

* Willingness and desire to always be learning

* Strong english skills

* Previous work in assisting similar positions

* Professional writing skills for email and letter correspondence

* Professional and strong English speaking skills for any Skype or phone communication

* Capable skills with Microsoft Office

* Capable skills with Mac Mail or equivalent

* Capable skills with Design Software (Adobe suite - Will be ideal)

The position will start small, but we envision it go grow rapidly. We will negotiate on weekly rate, but we will need someone available frequently.
