AdSense Set Up(repost)

Hi, I need someone really experienced with adsense knowing all the ins and outs to help us set up an adsense site for " insurance" , We plan to run it off a wordpress blog, so the task will be two fold: 1) Set up a simple wordpress blog with a good design focused on insurance 2) Incorporate adsense in the blog , in every way possible in order to maximize revenue I need someone really experienced in adsense and already doing it for themselves and earning through it , so others or amateurs , please do not bother replying.
