Cold calling prospective website users

We have built a site for a client that is basically a yellow pages style business directory that focuses on Video. What we need is someone (or a team) to get in touch with business owners in the Northwest Florida area and get them to either upload a video to the site or come into our client's state-of-the-art TV studio to shoot a commercial. The goal for the project is to get 500 videos uploaded in the next two weeks. The videos will be free for 60 days and then will cost half of what the competition charges, so it's a pretty easy "sell" for you. We just want the site populated at launch. We need very clear english speakers with fun and friendly demeanors. You will be required to make a few test calls and/or conference with a member of our team prior to acceptance of your offer. A script with talking points will be provided, but a conversational, soft-sell approach is what we are looking for here.
