ASP viewer for MIME encoded email stored in SQL server

I have email messages stored in a SQL2000 table. Some records have the original MIME encoded email (including the attachments.) I have an ASP interface that shows a pre-rendered 200-charecter sample of the message text (stored in another field in the record) and a link if there's a NOT NULL value in the MIME field. What I need is code (a stored procedure or COM) to decode and display the entire MIME text and create links to the attachments. As well, the code should decode and return the attachments as they are requested. This could be solved with new programming or by employing third-party modules (preferrably open source, but I'm willing to entertain purchasing something that does the job well.) Please, only respondents with experience with MIME and SQL. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
