We need some help getting blogengine up and running for a large system. We need some customization to the existing application to allow for the following functions
1-Dynamically add a new blog (entire new blog site)
2-Add authors to the system but no access to parts of the admin area-we dont want authors breaking things :)
3-RSS feeds for a blog
4-moderate comments and or approval cycle
5-RSS to comments for the authors to know when people leave comments
6-comments go live after approval
7-Admin can change skin easily (I have some ideas here that will be pretty easy)
8-change skin per blog site
9-Social things like digg,sitemap, xfn etc..
10-some minor customizations to the admin
11-upgrade default tinymce editor to telerik or tinymce 3
12-track backs and pingbacks
13-search
14-multi author per blog but a different page
15-summary page of all most recent blogs (i think we can use rss here to syndicate to a main page)
16-Author login and see list of blogs they can get to, then they click to go and manage that single blog.
here is what we have and why we need these things
we run a organization that puts on lots of training type shows. We have shows that have several speakers. each speaker will get a blog for the event. We have many events so we need to be able to make a new blog site and then point a new domain to it.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
