Do some Blog Posting

Seeking a (or a few) content writers to build up my blog on Australian Real Estate. The company is a "Buyers Agent/Advocate" based in Cairns, Queensland, Australia. Each post will need to target a number of keywords for SEO and some articles may need to reference back to the company as a solution to the article's problem or as a "for more information on this topic contact...." kind of thing. I will supply local news content, and other articles to be re-spun, I have a steady stream of articles in an Evernote folder for inspiration. Those with real estate writing experience would be seen favourable, but those with Australian real estate writing experience would be seen highly favourable, and if you've got SEO experience on top of that - yahoo. IN summary; • Company is a buyers agency, based in Queensland, Australia - not currently ranking on Google (as we're a new business) but has very little "Cairns Buyers Agent" competition. • Articles to written with SEO in mind with keyword targeting • In this fixed price contract I'm aiming to have written 8x 'short articles' and 12x 'long articles' to be used across social media, blog and LinkedIn channels, for a total of 20 articles. • Short article up to c.300-400 words, Long article up to c.600-900 words • I have a long list of articles to be re-spun including all links - so you shouldn't have to go too far out of your way for research, however some research may be needed for specific topics. • These 20 articles should be delivered progressively over two weeks maximum. • Depending on quality and satisfaction - possibility for continuing, on going contractual work may be rewarded.
