Content Writing + Edit provided marketing term descriptions

Hi, I am a fluent English speaking Australian citizen that needs someone whose can write better English than I can. I would also prefer if this person had some quiet a vast knowledge in online marketing and some of the terms used the marketing world. The content to be written must be search engine optimized (SEO Copy written) and written in a format where the writer is talking to the reader. - So in other words, it can be a little informal. In saying this the content must be of high quality and must portray the same messages that are already being conveyed in the original text supplied. The copy content must have a Flesch Kincaid Reading Ease score of above 70. This cant be tested by copying and pasting the your newly written text (in separate paragraphs) onto the text area field provided on the following website: [login to view URL] Essentially what I need is for all the prewritten copy to be re-written so that the quality remains but the flow of the English is improved. At the "Let's Clear thing up for you!" section of the document, most of the descriptions below that section provided have simply been copied from another website. I need these entirely re-written, again retaining quality and flow. I have attached the document that needs to be amended. NOTE: Attached file is of (*.docx) format and will need software such as Microsoft Word 2007+ to open it. The final output/submission must also be in the same format.
