A simple looking but smart e-commerce website

That means that I can post this webpage in several languages (left-right and right-left languages) - A general DB that will show on each language (with the appropriate language off course and also a specific DB for each language) - Conversion report system (i.e A dynamic way to report advertisers and affiliates of a successful conversion) - Ability to integrate with several billing providers: paypal and other local providers. that means that all checkout process should be easy to change and/or duplicate when necessary. - Fast checkout process (i.e with and without registering) and fast checkout on each thumbnail - Facebook, twitter etc embedding options (facebook groups, like button, url, twit etc) - Theme like [login to view URL] means that the whole graphic "skin" of the web page can be modified easily.
