Back link builder on going, READ IN FULL BEFORE BIDDING

Read this project in full before bidding, if you bid anything other than what i am asking for i will hide your bid. I'm not looking for hundreds of links so don't bid if you offer this. Project : I am looking for a link builder for an on going link building campaign, ALL of the links must be relevant to sunglasses, so ONLY fashion/sunglasses links, NOTHING ELSE. At least 50% MUST be from .[login to view URL] domains. I want a mix of do-follow and no-follow links. All must be HIGH PR2+ and be a mix. ALL must have LOW OBL max 100. I am looking for ONLY 10 Links per WEEK, Average 45 a month, no more than 2 per day throughout the week!! Obviously all manual! NO BLACK HAT. No article submissions, web 2.0 or directory submissions or anything like that. This is for the PENGUIN 2 UPDATE so don't bid unless you can do exactly what i'm looking for. The project is on going, if you do well in the first month i will hire you for the next and so on.....
