Analyse drop in rankings and propose solution.

Generic, templated proposals will be ignored. So please read the job description ;-) THE PROBLEM: My site may be under one or more algorithmic penalties (not manual) or Google filters. It has been online since 2009. Rankings for its main keyword stared to slowly drop around May 2013, when it had been at position 4-5 on page 1 (both US and UK) for about two years. Now it's position 80+ for this keyword. Oddly, the site is currently on page 1-2 on google US and UK for three other closely related keywords. Since around April 2014, page-views for the site dropped dramatically and are now down to 50-60% of the original level (another algo penalty?) which has had the effect of reducing Adsense revenue (which is how the site is funded) by the same percentage. THE JOB: 1. The first part of the task is to thoroughly analyse all on-page and off-page criteria using my Google Analytics and Webmaster Tools, along with your preferred seo analysing tools, to find the likely cause. Not a standard, automated analysis that I can get for $5 on fiverr or free online (I don't want to hear about the outdated meta keywords tag!) This must be your own thoroughly researched account in writing (supported by screenshots from your favoured tools if necessary.) For comparison, your report must include at least one main competitor analysis from page 1 and random analysis of at least two sites that are appear on pages above mine for the main keyword. Your conclusion should state, without doubt, the MAIN cause/s for the drop: not "it could be this or it could be that." 2. The second part is to propose a plan and recommendations for recovery so that I can use your report to find a freelancer to conduct the work using current seo/sem strategies - unless you can also provide this service or recommend someone?
