Creating Web 2.0 accounts,submitting articles & linking them

Hey, I am looking for someone or some VA company with experience in web 2.0 sites (preferably in philiphines) that can build me a network with web 2.0 and article directories, i will supply all the content (articles) and the tags and keywords that i want to target, what i want you to build is the next: 1. you have to create one account at these 10 web 2.0 properties ( these web 2.0 sites may change from time to time) You would also need IE 6 or 7.
