I am in need of a professional, organized and thorough person to help me with customer support.
My customers are primarily small business owners, online publishers and webmasters - and the support tickets will be related to topics like SEO, affiliate marketing and so on.
Any experience in these fields will be highly valuable, and I'll probably only hire someone that has a good understanding of internet marketing.
The majority of tickets I receive are technical (people needing download links or specific information), but some will require fundamental knowledge of the business.
On average there are about 10 - 30 tickets per day.
The way it works is you will address and close out as many of them yourself as possible - except for tickets that require my attention, where you will then redirect the customer to contact me directly.
