Backlink specialist needed

For this project, the selected worker will have to get 50 one-way backlinks to a website I will tell to the selected bidder. Here are the specifications: - All backlinks must be dofollow. - They have to be from pages PR4 +(the page PR not the domain) - At least 2 backlinks must be PR7. - At least 5 backlinks must be PR6. - At least 10 backlinks must be PR5. - The links must have the anchor text I will provide. - The websites must not contain banned material, like adult, viruses, scam, etc. Only serious sites. - Each backlink must be in a different website (different IP address). - The links must be permanent. - The sites must be in English language. Please make an offer in your bid regarding how many links of each PR you can get, that will help select the best offer. Also provide a completion time. Blog commenting is accepted, but comments must be good enough to not getting flagged as spam. Specify in your post if your backlinks will be from blog commenting or another technique (don't need to specify what other). Deliverables: The deliverable will be an Excel document with the report of the work done in the following format: <URL of the page that contains the backlink> | <PR of the page> Of course this report will be reviewed to see if the links are there and if they comply with the above specifications.
