I believe I would be a good candidate for your project. I am an experienced Ruby on Rails developer, with ability to work on both small projects and massive applications requiring multiple months of development. I also believe in Agile and Scrum methodology - that means you will be able to see your project grow step by step and if you ever decide that certain part of it is not to your liking it will be changed immediately as communication with the client is of critical importance to me. By default I would recommend and implement Mercury Rich-Text Editor to enable you to easily edit any content of the site, it's also very easily integrated with Rails if you ever choose to develop your site further and needed other programmers help on such a task. I can also help with setting up the server itself - MySQL, Nginx/Apache, RVM and so on are a subject I am well versed at. I can also help with choosing a VPS/Dedicated server depending on the expected site load to ensure everything runs well and without spending unnecessary money on hardware that won't be needed. Of course whole codebase would have a bug-free warranty - if you ever run across one it will be fixed ASAP up to 6 months since my work on your website ends. Because I am fairly new to the freelancer site and my reputation still seems non-existant I would gladly prove my abilities by doing some initial work on your site free out of charge (for example a small prototype of a certain functionality etc).
