I need someone to build a front-end of a website in Ruby on Rails. The website topic is Construction / Building Materials. I will send a design (Photoshop's PSD file) that needs to be followed during website creation. You would need to have Photoshop CS6 or later installed to slice it and build a website from it. DB: MySQL or PostgreSQL Templating engine: ERB, HAML or any other The website will consist of 9 pages: - landing page - page with searching cababilities, so the end-user can find desired house plan (but you won't do any back-end development, you will provide the static page only and I will do the rest) - 2 pages with user forms (contact page and alike) - 1 page with 3 selectable tabs describing Building Materials - and 4 more static pages describing Building Materials / house plans etc You won't do any back-end development. I will add it later personally as I am back-end developer.
