Classified auto parts website in Ruby on Rails

I need a website developed where you can list auto parts for sale. The website will function similar to craigslist where members can list different auto parts for sale. There will not be any actual purchases done on the website, it's more of a classified auto parts website.
Some of the features needed are:
*ability to list auto parts and tires
*add parts to your watchlist
*ajax filter similar to the one on the left of this page [login to view URL]
*upload pictures of the items along with description
*filter parts by year, make and model
*ability to save to favorites
*a place for google ads
*ability to manage everything from admin section
*very secure
I want this developed in ruby on rails 3.2+. I already have the design completed in html/css with Twitter Bootstrap so you must be familiar with Twitter bootstrap.
I would like to use ajax for all of the forms and results on the website. Please show some of your Ruby on Rails work via pm.
