Become a Phone Mystery Shopper
As a mystery shopper, your job will be to evaluate and monitor customer service that our company provides to our clients. You will inform us about What experience you have had with Customer Care services. We will provide you with between 5 or 10 scenarios which help you to evaluate our Customer Care department. We require completing a questionnaire on service you have received. Monitoring of quality service provided can be done any time.
After 5 trial calls and evaluation we decide whether you are right candidate for this job.
Then you will be scheduled to do around 20 calls per week. There is no additional phone cost, you will be using Free Toll numbers and Skype.
