Are Mobile application stealing users' data ?

The answers is yes. I want a research document 4000 to 5000 words proving that Mobile application on Android, Apple and Windows are stealing users data. (Contact address, location etc..). The document must be written in a literature review format. I need to see numbers and statistics. And 90% of the information should be coming from Google scholar not just some article on the internet. Example is the simple search I did here [login to view URL],5 You should use in text references. The project is easy, but remember this is a research I need you to use source from published papers not only website and articles.
