Contact List of Fashion Store Buyers / Owners - repost 2

I'm looking for someone who can compile a well-curated list of fashion store Buyers/Owners in selected cities. The stores need to fit certain criteria, so it is important not to just gather a list of all stores. Here are the details:

Information needed: Store Name and Website; Name, Email and Phone of Buyer/Owner.

Target areas: Hong Kong, Singapore, Major cities in Taiwan(Taipei and Kaohsiung etc), Major cities in Japan, Major cities in South Korea.

Estimated number of stores per City: Between 10-60, depending on how many stores fit the criteria.

Store criteria:

1. Multi-Brand (Not brand stores like Louis Vuitton), ie. several different brands in each store.

2. Store should stock several Mid to high-end international brands (Examples could be one of: Acne, A.P.C, Rick Owens, Mismo, Mulberry, Hugo Boss, Property of.. , Armani, Comme Des Garcons, Wood Wood, Stone Island and many more).

3. The stores should be considered among the most well-regarded stores in the city, they should have a modern, exklusive design and need to have a good website.

Project guidelines:

- Please state your proposed process for finding these contacts in your proposal.

- Base your proposal price on $ per 50 stores. But remember, quality is more important than quantity.

- Maximum budget is 60$, offers above this will not be considered.

A sample of 2-5 contacts in Hong Kong including how you found them would be very much help me to judge your work.
