Company Valuation under Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) Method and Capitalization method Required Here Is an attachment of one of our company coming up with a power Project , the pdf in attachment is verified by three chattered accountants. We Need the Company Valuation under Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) Method and Capitalization method. We Will provide the original excel calculator sheet to the winner. whatever bidder suggests to add in the sheet is most welcome but he should pull the values from the current sheet only and clearly explain the formulas and terms , why he used that formula , and how it works. The Valuation sheet as result should be dynamic calculator , where if changes Appears in assumptions or revenue or expenditure, the results should change. We will also provide **current paid up capital** and **actual current share value** , pre- dilution share value and post dilution share value according to our plans and **funds required to the project** .
