add subtitles to streaming to video/movie from megavideo

My project is to about a megavideo streaming subtitles means to add or edit the subtitles to surely understand by the people who watch that movies...many other countries who used to watch movies and some of them won't understand the language that megamovies shown..so subtitles are really important to let them understand of what the movies tells about..we also do the add edit delete from the megavideo and tutorial either..add something what on your mind to add some info about the watcher of the megavideo fan...and cut those scenes that are not too important...im order to create a perfect video there must be also an adding of your ideas so the watchers were able to apply there knowledge to what they have seen in that megavideo ..just like widen there knowledge while seeing those megavideos..in deleting scenes,there are also scenes that are useless that are not too important to see so we have to delete it..and edit the scenes that are not well performed..in a video you can also add graphics that can add to your megavideo to add more attractions into it.
